医养结合模式下民办高校养老护理人才的培养

在我国人口老龄化发展趋势下,医养结合的养老模式不仅能够为老年人提供优质的生活服务,还能提供优质的医学护理。医养结合养老模式加大了对养老护理人才的需求,这为民办高校养老护理人才培养带来了机遇,也带来了挑战。提出了加强民办高校养老护理人才培养策略,即:加大财政扶持,建立保障体系;加大宣传力度,提高服务理念;加强师资队伍建设,确保培训质量;强化学生心理素质,提高培养效率;强化多师型教学,提高实践能力。

In the development trend of aging population in our country,the old-age care mode of combination of medical care and nursing can not only provide high-quality life services for the elderly,but also provide high-quality medical care. The combination of medical care and pension mode increases the demand for pension nursing talents,which brings opportunities and challenges to the training of pension nursing talents in private colleges and universities. To strengthen the training of nursing talents for the aged in private colleges and universities,we need to increase financial support and establish a security system;increase publicity and improve service concept;strengthen the construction of teaching staff to ensure the quality of training;strengthen the psychological quality of students to improve training efficiency;strengthen multi teacher teaching to improve practical ability.
