人工智能时代,教师需要主动适应新技术变革,积极有效开展教育教学。智慧教育时代对职业教育教师信息化教学能力提出了新的内涵与要求。职业教育教师需要具备科学的技术育人理念和技术观。需要有效利用教育信息化环境中丰富的资源、设备进行相应的教学设计,能够将信息技术和教学过程进行合理整合。这就要求学校加强教育信息化环境建设、加强教师职业能力培训、加强职业教育教师教学发展共同体建设,促进高职教师信息化教学能力的提升。

In the era of artificial intelligence,teachers need to actively adapt to the new technology changes and actively and effectively carry out education and teaching. In the era of intelligent education,new connotations and requirements are put forward for the information-based teaching ability of vocational education teachers. Vocational education teachers need to have scientific and technological education concepts and technical concepts. Vocational education teachers need to effectively use the rich resources and equipment in the information-based environment of education for corresponding teaching design. Vocational Education teachers need to be able to integrate information technology and teaching process.This requires the school to strengthen the construction of educational information environment,strengthen the training of teachers’ professional ability,strengthen the construction of teaching development community of vocational education teachers,and promote the development of teachers’ information teaching ability.
