“工学结合”人才培养模式下高职院校体育课程改革研究

Research on the reform of physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges under the mode of “combination of work and study”

"工学结合"人才培养模式下,高职院校体育课程的改革最先要做的就是打破现有的教学模式,大幅缩减原有的球类、田径等教学内容,将这些基础锻炼列为次要部分,将增强身体素质和职业专项内容放到首位。高职院校可以根据各个专业的特点和今后的从业状况制订专业性较强的体育教学模式,如机械机电类专业的学生需要提高身体的应耐性和肢体的敏捷性,汽车专业的学生应具有一定的应变能力和坑晕眩等能力;建筑专业的学生应具备攀爬、平衡等能力,财会、计算机专业的学生需要提高注意力,并增强手关节的灵活性。"工学结合"人才培养模式下的高职院校体育课程教学改革方案主要包括完善管理制度,制订严格的教学标准,加大对课程设计目的和质量标准的宣传和讲解,形成一套适合高职院校的体育课程教学体系,提高学生的身体素质。

Under the talent training mode of "combination of work and study",the first thing to be done in the reform of physical education course in higher vocational colleges is to break the existing teaching mode,greatly reduce the original ball games,track and field and other teaching contents,list these basic exercises as the secondary part,and put the enhancement of physical quality and professional special contents in the first place. According to the characteristics of each major and the future working conditions,higher vocational colleges can formulate a professional physical education teaching mode,such as mechanical and electrical students need to improve their physical endurance and body agility,automobile students should have certain ability of strain and dizziness,architecture students should have the ability of climbing and balance,accounting and computer professional students need to improve their attention and the flexibility of their hand joints. Under the talent training mode of "combination of work and study",the teaching reform plan of physical education course in higher vocational colleges mainly includes improving the management system,formulating strict teaching standards,increasing the publicity and explanation of the purpose and quality standards of course design,forming a set of physical education course teaching system suitable for higher vocational colleges,and improving the physical quality of students.
