“精准扶贫”视阈下自闭症患儿家庭帮扶对策研究

Study on family help strategies for children with autism under the visual of “target poverty alleviation”

我国自闭症患儿人数众多,家庭需求表现在多个层面,即从经济需求到心理需求,从直接帮扶到间接协助,从个体发展到社会接纳等。目前我国针对自闭症的社会保障体系仍未完善,自闭症家庭仍面临巨大困难。采用计量经济模型,分析患儿家庭对政府、企业、康复机构、患儿家庭互助会各方帮扶措施的满意度,根据需求将自闭症患儿家庭进行分类,在"精准扶贫"视域下,针对不同类别家庭提出帮扶对策,改善自闭症患儿家庭的困境。

There are a large number of autistic children in China,and their family needs are manifested in many aspects,from economic needs to psychological needs,from direct assistance to indirect assistance,from individual development to social acceptance,etc. At present,China’s social security system for autism is not perfect,and families with autism still face great difficulties. Using econometric model,this paper analyzes the satisfaction of children ’s families with the help measures of the government,enterprises,rehabilitation institutions,and children’s family mutual aid association,classifies the families of autistic children according to their needs,and puts forward the help measures for different types of families in the perspective of "targeted poverty alleviation",so as to improve the plight of the families of autistic children.
