摘要
影响幼儿教师职业倦怠的因素有很多,可以从人口统计学因素、人格因素、组织因素和社会因素四个方面进行分析,其中组织因素对幼儿教师职业倦怠影响最大,人口统计学因素、人格因素和社会因素对幼儿教师职业倦怠的产生也起到了重要作用。影响幼儿教师职业倦怠的人口统计学因素主要包括教龄和婚姻状况。影响幼儿教师职业倦怠的人格因素主要包括性格特征、自尊水平和归因方式。影响幼儿教师职业倦怠的组织因素主要包括角色冲突与角色模糊、心理授权、专业发展机会。社会方面也是影响幼儿教师职业倦怠的重要因素之一,其中主要包括工资与物质待遇、社会的尊重与认可以及社会支持。
There are many influencing factors of preschool teachers’ job burnout,which are mainly divided into four categories: demographic factors,personality factors,organizational factors and social factors. The organizational factors have the greatest effect on preschool teachers’ job burnout. Demographic factors,personality factors and social factors also play an important role on the preschool teachers’ job burnout. The demographic factors that affect the job burnout of preschool teachers mainly include teaching age and marital status. The personality factors that affect preschool teachers’ job burnout mainly include personality characteristics,self-esteem level and attribution. The organizational factors influencing preschool teachers’ job burnout mainly include role conflict and role ambiguity,psychological authorization and professional development opportunities. Social aspect is also one of the important factors that affect the job burnout of preschool teachers,which mainly includes salary and material treatment,social respect and recognition and social support.
