摘要
社会工作实务现状主要体现在男性社工及男性服务对象较少,男女性别比例失衡,社工从业时间短,流失率高,社工对薪资待遇满意度较低,社工机构专业培训较少,社工对于提高社会工作的社会认同感看法不尽相同。通过对"关于社会工作实务的现状"调查问卷数据进行统计和分析认为,导致社会工作实务现状不乐观的因素主要包括社会工作中男性角色的缺失不利于社会工作发展,社会工作的社会认同感低,社工薪资低,流动率高,专业能力水平和社会工作专业教育水平不够。根据这些因素,对当前的专业教育进行反思,提出了促进社会工作专业教育发展的对策,如提高学生的专业认同感,理论教学与实践教学并重,加强师资力量建设。
The existence of professional education students have low recognition of social work,serious lack of practical ability,low professional level and professional skills in terms of professional ability strange and so on. This paper will analyze the reasons from the current situation of social work practice,it finds out that the main factors leading to the current situation of social work practice are the lack of male role in social work,which is not conducive to the development of social work,the low social identity of social work,the low salary of social work,the high turnover rate,the inadequate level of professional ability and the professional education of social work. Based on these factors,the author rethinks the current professional education and puts forward the promotion of social work countermeasures for the development of professional education,such as improving students’ professional identity,paying equal attention to theoretical teaching and practical teaching,and strengthening the construction of teachers.
