新冠肺炎疫情下对我国感染病学教学的反思 被引量:15

摘要 一场突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情,使我们重新审视感染病学的重要性。自诞生之日,传染病学就承载者培养传染病防治专业人才的重任。随着人类疾病谱的改变和时代的需要,传染病学被改为感染病学。然而,面对近年来不断新发的传染病威胁,该学科在教学方面的问题逐渐显现,例如学科降级、课时不足、内容不全面、教学模式单一和教学投入不足等。因此,我们提出必须提升感染病学的学科地位,改革教学内容和教学模式,加强传染病的科学研究,加大传染病学的教学比重,以期短时间内提高医学人才培养的质量,满足现代社会防控传染病之急需。 Coronavirus disease(COVID-19)outbreak makes us to reevaluate the importance of infectious diseases.Since it’s born,the discipline of communicable diseases has been committed to nurturing and developing professionals in this field.Due to the change of human disease spectrum in China,the discipline evolved into infectious diseases.However,as the increasing number of outbreaks of emerging and reemerging infectious diseases in recent years,the discipline is confronted with difficulties and challenges,such as reduce in discipline rank and class hour,incomplete content,single teaching model,and lacked investments.We suggest raising the discipline rank,reform its teaching content and teaching mode,enhance scientific research,and increase the proportion of school curriculum.With these measures,we hope to improve the quality of professionals in a short time so that we are prepared for the coming of emerging and reemerging infectious diseases.
