新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间规范化培训护士自我效能与工作压力的相关性分析

Relationship between Nurse’s Self-efficacy and Job Stressors in Period of COVID-19

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎期间规范化培训护士的自我效能、工作压力水平,分析自我效能和工作压力的相关性。方法采用方便抽样的方法,抽取四川省某三甲医院的451名规范化培训护士进行问卷调查。结果规范化培训护士的自我效能平均得分为(27.82±0.61),护士工作压力平均得分为(2.07±0.51),自我效能和工作压力成负相关(r=-0.206,P<0.05)。结论护理管理者在规范化护士的培养过程中,应采取措施提高其自我效能水平,减低其职业压力,促进其心理健康。

Objective To investigate the current state of nurse’s self-efficacy and job stressors,to explore the relationship between them in the period of coronavirus disease(COVID-19),and provide evidence for the training.Methods Totally 451 junior nurses receiving standardized training were investigated by questionnaires.Results The mean score of nurses’self-efficacy is(27.82±0.61).The nurses showed a low level of job stress(2.07±0.51).There was a significantly negative correlation between nurse’s self-efficacy and job stressors(r=-0.206,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing managers should take effective measures to improve nurse’s self-efficacy,reduce their job stress and promote their mental health.
