供给侧结构性改革背景下基础与临床学科共建的 研究生教育管理模式的探讨——以广州医科大学为例

Discussion on the Management Mode of Postgraduate Education under the Background of Supply Side Structural Reform:A Case Study of Guangzhou Medical University

近年来,我国医学研究生教育事业取得了飞速发展,也取得了一定的研究成果,但是仍存在许多不足和弊端。通过调整与优化教育政策、制度、资源配置和服务等层面开展医学研究生教育供给侧结构性改革,可为社会培养出更多高层次的医学人才。本文在改革目标分析的基础上,从医学研究生教育供给侧结构性改革的迫切要求的角度,以广州医科大学为例,对医学研究生教育供给侧结构性改革的实践路径进行阐述。

In recent years,the medical graduate education in China has achieved rapid development and some research results,but there are still many shortcomings and drawbacks.By adjusting and optimizing educational policies,systems,resource allocation and services,the supply side structural reform of medical postgraduate education can cultivate more high-level medical talents for the society.On the basis of the analysis of the reform objectives,this paper takes Guangzhou Medical University as an example to elaborate the practical path of the supply side structural reform of medical graduate education from the perspective of the urgent requirements of the supply side structural reform of medical graduate education.
