摘要
目的探讨学业自我效能感在心理韧性与大学生学业延迟满足间的中介作用,为促进学生的学习行为和学习能力提供参考。方法采用学业延迟满足量表、学业自我效能感量表和心理韧性量表对309名大学生进行问卷调查。结果心理韧性总分及各维度与学业延迟满足存在显著正相关(r在0.250~0.365之间,P<0.05)、学业自我效能感总分及各维度也均与学业延迟满足存在显著正相关(r在0.440至0.522之间,P<0.05);中介模型检验表明,学业自我效能感在心理韧性和学业延迟满足间起完全中介作用。结论心理韧性、学业自我效能感与大学生学业延迟满足关系密切,可通过提升心理韧性与学业自我效能感,培养大学生的学业延迟满足能力。
Objective To explore the mediating role of academic self-efficacy between psychological resilience and academic delay of gratification,and to provide reference for promoting students’learning behavior and learning ability.Methods 309 college students were investigated by academic delay of gratification scale,academic self-efficacy scale and psychological resilience scale.Results total scores of psychological resilience,each dimension of psychological resilience was positively correlated with academic delay of gratification(r ranged from 0.250 to 0.365,P<0.05),total scores of academic self-efficacy,each dimension of academic self-efficacy was also positively correlated with academic delay of gratification(r ranged from 0.440 to 0.522,P<0.05).Mediation model test showed that academic self-efficacy played a complete mediating role between psychological resilience and academic delay of gratification.Conclusion Psychological resilience and academic self-efficacy are closely related to college students’academic delay of gratification.College students’academic delay of gratification ability can be cultivated by improving psychological resilience and academic self-efficacy.
