基于“雨课堂”平台的翻转课堂模式在妇科肿瘤放疗患者健康教育中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨基于“雨课堂”平台的翻转课堂模式在妇科肿瘤放疗患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2019年4~9月在某三甲医院妇科肿瘤病房接受放疗的80例妇科肿瘤患者为研究对象,采取随机数字法分为观察组40例和对照组40例。对照组患者采取传统健康教育护理模式,观察组患者在此基础上加行基于“雨课堂”平台的翻转课堂模式干预,分析基于“雨课堂”平台的翻转课堂模式在妇科肿瘤放疗患者健康教育中的应用效果及两组患者的满意度。结果观察组患者对健康教育内容掌握程度合格率明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意率为92.50%,对照组患者护理满意率为85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者阴道冲洗依从性合格率为82.50%,对照组患者护理满意率为52.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者们普遍认可新形式下的健康教育模式,翻转课堂模式可以提高放疗患者健康宣教掌握程度其对护理工作的满意度,提高宣教质量及依从性,而借助“雨课堂”等信息平台有助于翻转课堂开展,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of flip classroom mode based on“rain classroom”platform in health education for gynecological tumor radiotherapy patients.Methods From April 2019 to September 2019,80 patients with gynecologic tumor who received radiotherapy in the gynecologic tumor ward of a tertiary hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases.The patients in the control group adopted the traditional health education and nursing mode,and the patients in the observation group were additionally intervened with the flip classroom mode based on the“rain classroom”platform.The application effect of the flip classroom mode based on the“rain classroom”platform in the health education of gynecologic tumor radiotherapy patients and the satisfaction degree of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The eligible rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the Control Group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 92.50%,while the nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 85.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)The qualified rate of vaginal irrigation compliance of patients in the observation group was 82.50%,and the nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 52.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients generally accept the new form of health education mode.Reversing the classroom mode can improve the mastery degree of radiation therapy patients’health education,their satisfaction with nursing work,and improve the education quality and compliance.Using information platforms such as“rain classroom”can help reverse the classroom development and is worthy of clinical promotion.
