摘要
针对相控阵雷达和固态发射机对大功率、高工作频率开关电源的实际要求,结合软开关技术研究设计了基于移相全桥零电压开关(ZVS)DC/DC变换器的开关电源。分析了移相全桥拓扑结构,介绍了主功率电路主要元器件的选型和参数设计。另外针对较大功率的电源系统,设计了并联均流电路,研制了2台实验样机,单台功率可达5 kW,效率达到92.5%,2台并联均流效果良好。
In view of actual requirement to the switching power supply with high power and frequency in phased-array radar and solid state transmitter,combined with the soft switch converter technology,this paper designs switching power supply based on phase-shift full bridge zero voltage switching(ZVS)DC/DC converter,analyzes phase-shift full-bridge topology structure,introduces the selection and parameter design of main elements for the main power circuit,designs parallel current sharing circuit for power supply system with larger power,develops two experimental prototypes with a single power of 5 kW and efficiency of 92%,and the parallel current sharing effect of the two prototypes is good.
