世界历史与非洲发展呈互动关系。从历史的视角来看,非洲文明在多个层面上对人类历史的发展做出了贡献,而非洲在近现代处于劣势并受到各种伤害是当今发展落后的重要原因。非洲在人类起源上占有优势,创造了辉煌的古代文明;三角贸易和殖民统治在为资本主义提供原始积累的同时,也在非洲留下了诸多阻碍发展的负面遗产;非洲国家独立后因袭与模仿他国发展道路的经历并不成功;当前,重振自信心是非洲复兴的重要条件。制定国家发展政策的自主性并将国家共识与人民利益统一是成功发展的经验。非洲国家应该逐渐创造出适合自身历史和现实的政治制度,将自主性体现在发展计划的制定和实施以及政治危机的解决中,客观认识国际援助的局限性,真正掌握发展的自主性,从而走上可持续发展的道路。

This paper exhibits African civilization and its contribution to human history from a historical perspective,trying to explain the reasons why Africa is at a disadvantage in modern history and has been hurt by various setbacks.The author discusses Africa’s advantages in the role of human origin,probes into various manifestations of ancient African civilization,analyzes the legacy left by slave trade and colonial rule in Africa and the experience of African countries following and imitating the development path of other countries after independence,and explains that reinvigorating self-confidence is an important condition for Africa’s revival.Through a study of the interaction between world history and African development,the author believes that the experience of successful development lies in the autonomy of formulating national development policies and the unity of national consensus and people’s interests.African countries should gradually create a political system suitable for their own history and reality,embody their autonomy in the formulation and implementation of development strategy and the resolution of political crises,objectively understand the limitations of international aid,truly grasp the autonomy of development,and embark on the path of sustainable development.
