我国网络互助平台信息披露的现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Status and Countermeasures of Information Disclosure in China’s Online Mutual Aid Platform

在国内外金融监管体系中,信息披露是互助平台用户利益保护的基本制度安排,是降低信息不对称的重要方式。互助平台信息披露的根本价值在于保护会员,同时增加风险控制能力并促进平台健康发展。本文在对我国网络互助平台的发展以及信息披露现状分析的基础上,探究网络互助平台信息披露的价值所在,得出了符合网络互助平台信息披露合规发展的方向。为了网络互助平台信息披露更加规范化,首要是要明确平台的监管归属单位,其次是平衡多方利益冲突,进一步提高信息披露的有效性,增强信息披露的自愿性和强制性以及完善评价性信息的披露。

Information disclosure is the basic institutional arrangement for protecting the interests of users of mutual assistance platforms in home and abroad financial regulatory systems,and it is also an important way to reduce information asymmetry. The fundamental value of mutual aid platform information disclosure is to protect members of it,increase risk control capabilities and promote the healthy development of the platform itself. Based on the analysis of the development of China’s online mutual assistance platform and the current status of information disclosure,this article explores the value of information disclosure of online mutual assistance platform,and draws a direction that complies with the development of information disclosure compliance of online mutual assistance platform. In order to make the information disclosure of the network mutual assistance platform more standardized,First of all,it is necessary to clarify the regulatory attribution unit of the platform.Secondly,balancing multi-party interestconflicts,further improving the effectiveness of information disclosure,enhancing the voluntary and mandatory disclosure of information,and improving the disclosure of the evaluation information.
