全要素视角下绿色供应链企业运营效率评价研究--以绿色供应链上市企业为例

Operation Efficiency Evaluation of Green Supply Chain Enterprises from the Perspective of Total Factors--Take listed companies in green supply chain as an example

构建绿色供应链体系,科学有效地对绿色供应链企业运营效率进行评价与管理,已成为企业可持续发展的重要运营策略。本文基于全要素视角,从企业运营角度出发,对国家绿色供应链管理示范企业在2011-2017年全要素运营效率及其动态变化进行了测算。研究表明,绿色供应链示范企业的全要素运营效率总体呈上升趋势;运营效率提高主要来源于技术进步;企业自身运营管理模式和行业特性导致运营效率改善离散程度较大。提高绿色供应链企业运营效率,不仅仅是企业履行社会责任的根本要求,同时也是企业自身提质增效的有效途径。企业要不断加强应用和集成技术的能力,促进供应链高效运行,进而加快绿色制造工程发展进程。

Total factor efficiency is an indicator used to measure the effect of technological progress on economic development. It can not only measure efficiency and its dynamic characteristics,but also compensate for the existing efficiency evaluation limited to static relative efficiency values. From the Total-factor perspective,this paper uses the Malmquist index method to measure the total efficiency of the seven listed green supply chain enterprises in 2011-2017 and its dynamic changes. The research shows that the Total factor operating efficiency of green supply chain demonstration enterprises is generally rising;that the improvement of operational efficiency is mainly due to technological progress;and that the operation management mode and industry characteristics of enterprises have led to a greater degree of dispersion in operational efficiency. It is proposed that enterprises must follow the development of technology,strengthen the ability of application and integration technology,promote efficient operation of enterprises,and accelerate the development of green manufacturing engineering.
