电子商务视域下残疾人创业发展策略研究

Research on Development Strategy of Entrepreneurship for the Disabled from the Perspective of E-commerce

残疾人是我国弱势群体的重要组成部分,使其更好地就业成为提高他们生存能力的关键性问题。目前,我国残疾人就业结构非常单一,并且不稳定性因素非常多,使他们的就业前景不容乐观。随着我国电子商务行业的快速发展,为残疾人提供了一种新的就业形式。对残疾人在电子商务创业中的机遇与挑战进行分析,进而为残疾人创业发展提供可行性的建议。

Disabled people are an important part of vulnerable groups in China,whose better employment has become a key issue to improve their survival ability.At present,the employment structure of the disabled in China is very single,and there are many unstable factors,which make their employment prospects be not optimistic.The rapid development of China's E-commerce industry provides a new form of employment for the disabled.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges in E-commerce industry for the disabled people’s entrepreneurship,and provides feasible suggestions for the disabled people’s entrepreneurship development.
