摘要
采用三种常用助交联剂TMPTMA、TAIC、TAC制备EVA胶膜,对比分析助交联剂对EVA胶膜硫化性能的影响,并研究了不同含量的助交联剂TAIC对EVA胶膜粘结性能、耐老化性能的影响。结果发现,助交联剂TAIC与交联剂TBEC协同效果好,用量与过氧化物的过氧键以等摩尔数添加最佳。
EVA adhesive film were prepared by 3 commonly used co-crosslinking agents,i.e.TMPTMA,TAIC,TAC,the effects of co-crosslinking agents on the crosslinking performance of EVA adhesive film were compared and analyzed,and the effect of different addition of TAIC on the peeling strength and aging resistance of EVA adhesive film was studied.As a result,it was found that the synergic effect of the co-crosslinking agent TAIC and the crosslinking agent TBEC was best,and the amount of co-crosslinking agent and the peroxygen bond of the peroxide was optimally added in equimolar amounts.
