摘要 右美托咪定是一种新型高效、高选择性的α2-肾上腺素受体激动剂,通过激动分布于人体的α2肾上腺素受体而产生抗交感、抗焦虑和镇静镇痛作用。由于右美托咪定具有显著的药理学优势,其新型给药系统的研究也日益受到人们的重视,以期获得更安全有效的临床应用。本文结合近年来国内外关于右美托咪定新型给药系统的研究文献,对其临床应用进展进行综述,主要从口服、经鼻和经皮给药系统三方面着手,旨在为药学工作者更好地研究开发及合理应用右美托咪定药物提供参考。 As for dexmedetomidine,it is a new type ofα2-adrenergic agonists with high efficiency and selection,which can produce anti-sympathetic,anti-anxiety and sedative analgesic effects by stimulating theα2 adrenergic receptors distributed in the human body.With remarkable pharmacological advantages,the research on the new drug delivery system of dexmedetomidine has been paid more and more attention,so as to obtain safer and more effective clinical application.In this paper,it combines the research literature on the new drug delivery system of dexmedetomidine at home and abroad in recent years to review the progress of its clinical application,which mainly starts from three aspects,such as oral,transnasal and transdermal drug delivery system,so as to provide references for pharmaceutical researchers to better develop and make rational use of dexmedetomidine drugs.
