摘要
普通燃气锅炉具有很高的排烟温度,高温烟气直接排放到大气环境中对环境产生污染破坏,同时用浪费的大量热能,为了减轻高温烟气对环境的破坏以及回收热量、提高热效率,可以将普通锅炉改造为冷凝式锅炉。冷凝式燃气锅炉,热利用率高,可以节约资源。在对某锅炉房燃气锅炉的理论分析,得出烟气所含有的热量值,即显热和潜热,以及当排烟温度降低为25~35℃,此时锅炉的热效率大幅度提高。设计了冷凝式换热器并通过FLUENT模拟软件模拟该换热器在锅炉系统中工作状况,进而得到了最佳的排烟温度为29℃,以及在该排烟温度下热效率提高了12.1%。结论表明冷凝式燃气锅炉具有节能环保的效果,有很高的利用价值,但是冷凝式锅炉在我们国家保有量较低,冷凝式锅炉的研发力度也有待加强。
The thermal efficiency of condensing boilers is very high,so more and more condensing boilers have been used.Our country commitment to the project of transformation from the gas-fired boilers to the coal-fired boilers.The flue of boiler was emitted to the atmospheric environment taken along much heat,the temperature of the smoke about 200℃.This kind of exhaust gas is emitted into the atmosphere,it would damage the environment,waste a lot of energy.In this example,a heat interchanger is designed for the boiler system.In the new system,a heat interchanger is installed,the most suitable exhaust temperature is gained by calculating.If the exhaust gas temperature is 25~35℃,the thermal efficiency of the boiler will be raised greatly.At last,a software,FLUENT,is used to simulate the performance of the interchanger.
