摘要
以某FPSO舱室维修为例,针对舱室结构存在的舱壁腐蚀穿孔泄露、压载舱牺牲阳极失效及舱壁垂向T型材变形等问题,在保证舱壁大面积挖补时船体结构、外输作业、限制空间动火作业安全的前提下,对舱室在线维修,进行施工安全、质量、进度控制,最终顺利完成了不停产条件下的舱室维修工作,对其他油田处理船舶结构变形、腐蚀泄露等类似问题具有深远的借鉴意义。
This article takesthe maintenance of a FPSO cabin as an example.Under the premiseof security of hull structure when the bulkhead is heavily excavated,oil export operationsand restricted space fire operations,we are committed to solving the problems of corrosion and leakage of bulkhead,the failure of the sacrificial anode of the ballast tank,and the vertical T-section deformation of the bulkhead in the structure of the cabin.In the case of cabin online maintenance,we conductconstruction safety,quality,and progress control.Without stopping production,the cabin maintenance workis successfully completed.It's significant for other oilfields to deal withsimilar issues of structural deformation,corrosion and leakage.
