Analysis and Simulation of Butanol Device Co-produced Isobutyraldehyde

采用AspenPlus软件对丁醇异构物塔进行模拟,建立丁醛精馏的稳态模型,对异构物塔的操作温度、回流比、产品质量等操作变量进行分析,为丁醇生产装置副产异丁醛提供理论依据。

We used Aspen Plus software to simulate the isomer column and eatablish the distillation steady—state model of the butyraldehyde.The analysis of the operating temperature,the reflux ratio,product quality and other operating variables of the isomer column provided a theoretical basis for producting Isobutyraldehyde.
