4个芍药品种与3个牡丹品种的远缘杂交结实特性研究 被引量:2

Study on Seed Setting Characteristics of Distant Hybridization between Four Herbaceous Peony Cultivars and Three Tree Peony Cultivars

摘要 开展芍药与牡丹远缘杂交研究对于保障我国芍药产业的可持续发展具有重要意义。本研究以课题组前期筛选出的4个结实率较高的芍药品种为母本,以3个牡丹品种为父本,设计12个杂交组合,以饱满种子数、结实心皮率、百粒重等作为评价指标,对比筛选各杂交组合的结实情况。结果如下:筛选出杂交亲和性高的4个组合,分别为‘紫凤羽’ב月宫烛光’、‘紫凤羽’ב层中笑’、‘紫凤羽’ב花王’、‘矮粉1号’ב层中笑’,其每果饱满种子数分别为16.50、12.00、9.13、2.57粒,结实心皮率分别为52.50%、60.00%、47.06%和73.68%。本研究结果对于进一步培育芍药属新品种具有重要的指导价值。 The study of distant hybridization between herbaceous peony and tree peony is of great significance for safeguarding the sustainable development of peony industry in China.In the study,twelve distant hybridization combinations were designed with four herbaceous peony cultivars as female parents and three tree peony cultivars as male parents.The seed-setting characteristics were compared according to the parameters such as the number of full seeds,ratio of fertile carpels and 100-seed weight.The results showed that four combinations with high cross compatibility were screened out,including‘Zi Fengyu’בYuegong Zhuguang’,‘Zi Fengyu’בCengzhong Xiao’,‘Zi Fengyu’בHuawang’and‘Aifen 1’בCengzhong Xiao’.The number of full seeds per follicle of the four combinations were 16.50,12.00,9.13 and 2.57,respectively,while the ratio of fertile carpels were 52.50%,60.00%,47.06%and 73.68%,respectively.These results would provide significant references for further breeding new varieties in Paeonia.
