摘要
为研究抗生素菌渣有机肥对潮土土壤养分及酶活性的影响,在日光温室内设置不同用量抗生素菌渣有机肥在大白菜上的施用效果试验。结果表明,与不施肥对照相比,菜田施用抗生素菌渣有机肥后土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量增加,收获期高量有机肥处理土壤养分含量增加明显。施用菌渣有机肥提高了土壤多种酶活性,脲酶和蛋白酶活性随着施用量加大而增高;不同用量抗生素菌渣有机肥处理对土壤过氧化氢酶和磷酸酶活性无显著影响。
In order to study the effects of antibiotic residue organic fertilizer on nutrients and soil enzyme activities of moisture soil,different application amounts were set to analyze their effects on Chinese cabbage in greenhouse.The results showed that the contents of soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium increased after applying antibiotic residue organic fertilizer,and the high-amount treatment significantly increased soil nutrients at harvest time compared with the control(no fertilizer application).Multiple soil enzyme activities could be improved,and the activities of urease and protease increased with the increase of application amounts of antibiotic residue organic fertilizer.But different treatments had no significant effects on the soil catalase and phosphatase activities.
