奶牛乳房炎病畜生鲜乳中大肠杆菌污染状况及耐药性分析 被引量:3

Contamination Situation and Antibiotic Resistance Analyses of Escherichia coli in Raw Milk Produced by Dairy Cattle Suffered from Mastitis

摘要 为了解奶牛乳房炎病畜生鲜乳中大肠杆菌污染状况及耐药性,于2019年从潍坊、青岛采集牛乳房炎病畜生鲜乳样品共计98份,对其中常见大肠杆菌的污染状况进行分析。结果表明,98份奶牛乳房炎病畜生鲜乳样品中,42份检出大肠杆菌,检出率为42.9%。对检出的大肠杆菌菌株进行10种抗生素的药敏试验,结果表明,检出的大肠杆菌对氨苄西林、多西环素、四环素有较高的耐药性,且多数为多重耐药菌株。综上,牛乳房炎病畜生鲜乳中大肠杆菌污染较为严重,建议相关部门进一步加强牛乳房炎病畜生鲜乳的监管,采取针对性风险监测措施。 In the study,ninety-eight raw milk samples produced by dairy cattle with mastitis were collected from Weifang City and Qingdao City of Shandong Province in 2019.The contamination situation of Escherichia coli in raw milk samples and its antibiotic resistance were analyzed.The results showed that Escherichia coli was found in 42 samples with the detection rate as 42.9%.The results of the susceptibility tests of Escherichia coli strains to 10 types of antibiotics showed that the strains had higher antibiotic resistance to ampicillin,doxycycline and tetracycline,and most of them were multi-drug resistance strains.In conclusion,the contamination situation of Escherichia coli in raw milk produced by dairy cattle with mastitis in the researched areas were quite serious,so the relevant governmental departments should strengthen the supervision to fresh milk and implement the targeted risk monitoring measures.
