摘要
重金属污染在土壤中具有长期、隐蔽和不可逆三性特点,花生是地下结实作物,对重金属的富集更为明显,明确花生重金属富集特征,探讨适宜的防控对策,对于生产安全优质花生,从而保障我国食用油安全以及增加出口创汇具有十分重要的意义。本文旨在探究花生重金属富集特征,对重金属防控机制及花生重金属防控措施进行了综述,提出物理、化学、生物等多种方法综合利用进行土壤重金属修复是花生重金属防控的有效途径,并对后续花生重金属的防控研究与应用进行了展望。
Three characteristics of long term,concealment and irreversibility displayed on heavy metal pollution.As an underground crop,the enrichment ability of heavy metal was higher for peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.).Hence clarifying the enrichment characteristics and proper prevention and control measurements were very important for ensuring the food quality and safety and increasing the export earnings.In the paper,the peanut heavy metal enrichment characteristics were investigated,and the prevention and control mechanisms and measurements were comprehensively reviewed.Then the comprehensive utilization of physical,chemical and biological methods was put forward as a feasible way to prevent and control heavy metals in peanut.The future research and measurements for heavy metal prevention and control were prospected at last.
