摘要 Western department in Nanjing.Some of my close friends are well-known chefs of Michelin restaurants in Italy,and both my mother and grandmother are chefs.They have become a consistent and reliable source of inspiration for me to make artistic,tasty,and creative dishes.I have read the column“Gastronomic Exploration”of China Today.It provides a window for foreigners to know more about the Chinese food culture,together with some intriguing stories and mouthwatering pictures.For example,Local Shanghai Cuisine in the March issue and The Natural&Fresh Anhui Cuisine in last year’s column,are all fantastic articles.
