摘要
采用数值模拟和物理模拟方法,针对LG960QT钢LF-RH精炼过程夹杂物控制进行了研究。结果表明,LF炉采用85~90 L/min(标准)底吹气量时对夹杂物的去除作用最佳。RH炉采用浸渍深度600 mm,匹配提升气体气量160 m^3/h(标准)时能达到比较理想去除夹杂物效果,实际处理时间一般为25 min。工艺优化后,精炼结束后钢液氧含量降低到(11~15)×10^-6。
The inclusion control in LF-RH refining process of LG960QT steel was studied by numerical simulation and physical simulation.The results showld that the removal of inclusions is the best when the bottom blowing rate is 85~90 NL/min in LF furnace.The RH furnace with the immersion depth of 600 mm and the gas volume of 160 Nm3/h can achieve the ideal effect of removing inclusions.The actual treatment time is generally 25 min.After the optimization of the process,the oxygen content of the liquid steel decreased to(11~15)×10^-6 after the refining.
