摘要
精炼渣的适当选择有利于Mn72Ni10Cu18热双金属冶炼过程的有效进行。实验选取CaF2-NaF-Na3AlF6-Al2O3-ZrO2五元渣为研究对象,通过三元二次正交试验研究了不同组分含量对熔化温度的影响。对实验所得熔渣物相组成进行了XRD表征分析。通过实验得到与Mn72Ni10Cu18冶炼性能相匹配的预熔精炼渣配比。
Proper selection of refining slag is beneficial to the effective process of hot bimetallic smelting of Mn72Ni10Cu18.CaF2-NaF-Na3 AlF6-Al2O3-ZrO2 five-component slag was selected as the research object.The effect of different component content on melting temperature was studied by triple quadratic orthogonal test.The phase composition of the slag was characterized by XRD.The proportion of pre-melting refining slag matching the smelting performance of Mn72Ni10Cu18 was obtained by experiments.
