‘盐山1号’白榆无性系硬枝扦插技术研究

摘要 采用萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)分别按0、50、150mg/L和450mg/L的浓度设置正交试验,共配置13种处理液,并以清水为对照。对白榆无性系盐山1号硬枝扦插生根率、生根条数、生根平均长度进行研究。结果表明:不同激素及其浓度处理对白榆插穗的生根率和生根量均产生影响,根据极差分析得出萘乙酸在提高生根率中起主导作用,吲哚丁酸在提高扦插生根根数量上起主导作用,吲哚乙酸主要作用在刺激生根过程中根长生长上。白榆无性系盐山1号硬枝扦插生根的较合适激素配比为A3B2C2或A3B2C3。 The NAA、IAA and IBA respectively by 0 mg/L,50 mg/L,150 mg/L concentration and 450 mg/L set of orthogonal test,a total allocation of 13 treatment fluid,and with water as a control. The rooting rate,rooting number and length of hardwood cuttings of Ulmus pumila clones were studied. The results showed that the rooting rate and root quantity of white elm cuttings perform differently from hormone and concentration.According to the extreme difference analysis NAA play a leading role in improving rooting rate,IBA plays a leading role on improving cuttings rooting number,and the main function of IAA is root elongation. The more suitable hormone ratio for Hard-branch cuttings of Ulmus pumila clones is A3B2C2 or A3B2C3.
