雨洪管制理念下的校园景观设计策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 在我国许多城市地区,自然降水不能正常下渗,补充地下水,城市洪涝与淡水资源短缺现象严重。在此引发了政府与专家学者对于水资源处理与雨洪管制建设的新一轮思考与探索。校园作为城市中土地开发强度高、人口密度较大的区域,对水资源有高能耗,高需求的特征,存在着内涝、雨水资源利用率低、缺乏水循环综合管理等问题。为缓解此类问题,文章基于雨洪管制的理念,立足海绵城市理论,根据校园景观中的功能与特点,分析校园景观建设在雨水利用方面的不足,利用景观格局的功能设计实现雨水循环利用。同时强调不仅仅是校园雨洪管制问题的解决,更加突出的是在这一过程中公众的参与和实现校园和整个社会的教育作用。 In many urban areas of China,natural precipitation can’t normal Infiltration and replenish groundwater, urban flood and the shortage of flood and fresh water resources in cities is serious. The Chinese government and domestic experts and scholars for the processing of water and rain of the construction of flood control and explore a new thinking. As an area with high land development intensity and population density, campus has the characteristics of high energy consumption and high demand for water resources. There are many problems, such as waterlogging, low utilization of rainwater resources, and lack of comprehensive water cycle management. To alleviate such problems,basing on the rain flood control concept and sponge city according to the unique functions and features of the campus landscape,analysis the shortcomings in the rainwater utilization in the construction of campus landscape,in the design of landscape pattern implementation rainwater recycling. At the same time,it emphasizes not only the solution of the problem of campus rain flood control,but also the public participation in this process and the realization of the educational role of the campus and the whole society.
