摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校人才培养中的重要一环。为更好地开展顶岗实习的管理工作,文章从顶岗实习管理工作的视域出发,在顶岗实习管理现状的基础上,找出现有管理工作中存在的不足和缺陷。政府、学校、企业、学生四个角度,即"四轮驱动",加强和改进高职院校顶岗实习管理的建议和对策,以提高高职顶岗实习管理水平,达到人才培养目标。
