摘要
该试验选取1a生‘摩尔多瓦’葡萄扦插苗为试材,研究了施用不同比例蚯蚓粪基质对1a生‘摩尔多瓦’葡萄地上生长、地下根系及土壤理化性质的影响。结果表明:施用蚯蚓粪的处理株高比不施用的增加了3.38%~16.05%,茎粗增加了7.50%~21.53%,节间长度增加了15.42%~33.78%,叶面积增加了11.75%~37.41%,叶绿素增加了9.15%~24.72%,根长增加了3.87%~36.40%,根表面积增加了2.39%~45.98%,根阴影面积增加了0.36%~33.00%,根体积增加了5.83%~39.61%,对根尖数没有显著影响;其中T3处理即蚯蚓粪∶草炭∶园土=2∶3∶1对盆栽‘摩尔多瓦’植株的地上、地下生长均有显著的提高。
In this experiment,the annual ‘Moldova’grape cuttings were selected as the test materials. The growth,roots and soil physical and chemical properties of the annual ’Moldova’grape were studied by applying different proportions of the manure substrate. The results showed that compared with CK, the treatment plant height increased by 3.38%~16.05%,stem diameter increased by 7.50%~21.53%,internode length increased by15.42%~33.78%,leaf area increased by 11.75%~37.41%,chlorophyll increased by 9.15%~24.72%,root length increased by 3.87% ~36.40%, root surface area increased by 2.39% ~45.98%, root shadow area increased by0.36%~33.00%,and root volume increased by 5.83%~39.61%. Among them,T3 treatment,namely earthworm manure: peat: garden soil(2∶3∶1)can significantly improve the growth and root system of potted’Moldova’plants.
