摘要
调查发现区域教育科研文化存在认识不到位,定位不精准;落实不到位,管理不规范;机制不完备,开展不平衡;能力不过硬,提升不明显等问题。加强区域科研文化建设,必须厚植文化土壤,让教育科研从自卑走向自信;构建制度体系,让教育科研从他律走向自律;强化行动支持,让教育科研从自发走向自觉;注重团队唤醒,让教育科研从自立走向自强,逐步形成管理文化与生态文化并行的教育科研文化样态。
Surveys show that there exist some problems with regional education scientifi c research culture such as insufficient knowledge and inaccurate orientation,ineffective implementation and non-standardized management,incomplete mechanism and unbalanced implementation,and inadequate competence and insignificant improvement.To strengthen the constructing of regional scientific research culture,we must be deeply rooted in cultural soils to change education research from inferiority to confi dence,construct the systems to change education research from other-discipline to self-discipline,reinforce activity support to change education research from spontaneity to consciousness,and attend to arousing the team to change education research from independence to self-improvement,gradually forming the paralleled patterns between management culture and ecological culture.
