教师专业发展的范畴包括职业认同感、教育理解、专业知识、教学实践等方面的内容,专业发展的途径有培训、教研、教学反思等。在"互联网+"时代,教师作为主动的学习者和反思的行动者,专业发展有更多个性化需求,通过支持系统的建设与应用,教师专业发展途径更加多元,资源的支撑更具选择性。
Teacher professional development includes vocational identity,educational comprehension,professional knowledge,and teaching practice,and the paths contain training,teaching research and refl ections.In the era of Internet+,teachers are active learners and actors of refl ections with more individualized demands for their professional development.Construction and application of supporting systems can make teacher professional development more diversifi ed and the support of resources more selective.
