摘要
神木县隆德矿业有限责任公司209工作面顶板属坚硬难垮落类型,通过分析坚硬难垮落顶板的特点及危害,并比较采前爆破、采后爆破、注水弱化和水力压裂等几种处理方法的优缺点,最后选择水力压裂方法应用。在工作面上通过监测水力压裂压力、裂纹扩展范围及工作面顶板垮落情况,结果表明:可以保证工作面安全生产,不会形成飓风等动力灾害。
The roof of 209 working face of Shenmu Longde Mining Co., Ltd. is hard and hard to fall. By analyzing the characteristics and hazards of hard and hard to fall roof, and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several treatment methods, such as pre mining blasting, post mining blasting, water injection weakening and hydraulic fracturing, the hydraulic fracturing method is finally selected for application. By monitoring the hydraulic fracturing pressure, crack growth range on working face,it was shown that the application of hydraulic fracturing method can ensure the safety production of working face,and avoid the dynamic disaster such as hurricane.
