摘要
由于供热抽汽系统的投入,锅炉与汽轮机间的能量平衡被打破,锅炉除满足汽轮机拖动发电机的能量需求外,还需要满足供热抽汽系统的能量需求。为提高华美热电供热期间机组在大幅度变负荷时AGC的调节精度和调节速率以及运行的安全性和稳定性,对供热期间的工况进行分析,增加了2×350 MW超临界循环流化床机组协调控制系统供热电负荷计算及相关控制回路,并对协调控制系统的锅炉主控、主汽压力设定回路及BTU校正回路进行了供热分支优化。
Due to the input of the heating and extraction system, the energy balance between the boiler and the turbine is broken. The boiler not only meets the energy demand of the turbine driven generator, but also meets the energy demand of the heating and extraction system. In order to improve the AGC regulation accuracy, regulation speed and operation safety and stability when the unit changes load greatly during the heating period of Huamei Thermal Power Co., Ltd., the operation condition during the heating period was analyzed, and the heating electric load calculation and relevant control circuits of the coordinated control system of 2 × 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit were added, heating branch was optimized in the boiler main control, setting loop of main steam pressure and BTU correction loop of the coordinated control system.
