智能交通构建中图像识别与处理新技术的选择与应用

摘要 智能交通构建对图像识别与处理技术选择是基于交通管理精准识别与违法犯罪证据采集的精准适配。常态化交通管理中图像识别与处理技术采用二次优化现有技术,保障车牌识别精准普适性,调整灰度转化方式,强化梯度锐化处理,针对性优化字符分割算法,统一规范字符处理操作。针对违法犯罪证据采集需求,应设计高清卡口子系统;契合适配功能选择技术,结合实战丰富应用功能;处理数据分析及采集偏差问题。 Selection and application of new technology for image identification and processing in construction of intelligent transportation is based on accurate identification of traffic management. and accurate adaptation of criminal evidence collection.Quadratic optimization of the prior art is adopted in image identification and processing in the normal traffic management, which ensures the accuracy and universality of license plate recognition, adjusts the transformation mode of gray scale, strengthens the gradient sharpening processing, optimizes the character segmentation algorithm, and standardizes the character processing operation.Based on the need of criminal evidence collection, efforts need to be made to design high-definition bayonet subsystem, fit the adaptation function selection technology,combine actual operation to enrich application function and successfully manage data analysis and collection deviation.
