摘要
针对新疆伊犁某大坝迎水面混凝土冻胀破坏问题,根据水位变换区混凝土破坏特性及现场气候特点,采用CW环氧砂浆对缺陷部位进行修补,表面涂刮CW高耐候聚脲涂层进行防护,适用于强紫外辐照条件下混凝土表面缺陷的处理冻胀破坏混凝土经处理后混凝土冻融破坏过程,提升了混凝土结构耐久性,且表面美观,有望为其他类似工程缺陷处理提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of frost heaving of concrete facing the waterfront of a dam in Yili, Xinjiang, CW epoxy mortar was used to repair the defects and the surface was covered with a CW high weather-resistant polyurea coating to protect it according to the concrete damage characteristics of the water level conversion area and the site’s climate characteristics. It is suitable for the treatment of concrete surface defects under strong ultraviolet irradiation. The frost heave damages the concrete after treatment. The concrete freeze-thaw damage process improves the durability of the concrete structure and the surface is beautiful. It is expected to provide a reference for other similar engineering defect treatment.
