麦盖提县五零渠续建配套与节水改造工程位于南疆地区,冻害对渠道防渗衬砌危害很大,影响着渠道的使用寿命和运行效果。从五零渠续建配套与节水改造工程所处地理位置、自然条件和工程实际出发,提出五零渠0+000~13+750段碎石垫层+砂砾石垫层防冻胀与苯板保温防冻胀两种方案,从投资、防冻垫层料获取及施工难易程度等方面进行比选,最终确定采取碎石垫层+砂砾石垫层防冻胀措施。防冻胀处理结果表明,麦盖提县五零渠0+000~2+236段、2+236~11+000段和11+000~13+750段阴坡换填厚度分别为40 cm、42 cm、43 cm,渠底换填厚度分别为30 cm、32 cm、29 cm,阳坡换填厚度分别为44 cm、41 cm、39 cm,均满足规范要求。

The anti-frost heave treatmentresults show that the 0 + 000 2 + 236, 2 + 236 11 + 000, and 11 + 000 13 + 750 sections of the Wuliang Canal inMaigaiti County are 40 cm, 42 cm, and 42 cm thick, respectively. 43 cm, canal bottom replacement thicknesses are 30 cm,32 cm, and 29 cm, respectively, and sun slope replacement thicknesses are 44 cm, 41 cm, and 39 cm, all of which meet thespecifications.
