渐开线插齿刀自动化设计系统及有限元分析

摘要 为了提高插齿刀的设计效率和缩短插齿刀的生产周期,开发了一款渐开线插齿刀自动化设计系统。该系统基于CATIA二次开发技术,以VS2008中的VB为开发工具,建立可视化系统界面,利用VB和VBA混合编程方式编写CATIA程序驱动,完成渐开线插齿刀的三维参数化建模。只需在人机交互式界面上输入被切齿轮的基本参数,系统自动计算插齿刀相关参数,并将其储存到Access数据库中,系统自动调取Access中的数据,快速生成插齿刀的三维模型。该设计提高了插齿刀的设计速度和准确性,利用Workbench 15.0对系统所生成的插齿刀三维模型进行静结构强度的有限元分析,验证了其结构的可靠性和稳定性,进而验证了本系统的可靠性。 In order to improve the design efficiency of the tooth inserter of involute teeth gear and shorten the production cycle of the inserter,an automatic design system for the inserter is developed,which is based on CATIA secondary development technology,with the VB development environment in VS2008 as the development tool,establishing a visual system interface by using VB and VBA hybrid programming.A program-driven CATIA to complete 3D parameterized modeling of the in-open-line tooth cutter is written.The system only needs to enter the basic parameters of the cut gear on the interactive interface of the human machine,the system automatically calculates the parameters related to the tooth inserter and stores them in access database,and then the system automatically retrieves the data from access and quickly generates a three-dimensional model of the tooth inserter.The design speed and accuracy of the tooth inserter are improved,and the finite element analysis of the static structure strength of the three-dimensional model of the tooth inserter generated by the system is carried out by Workbench 15.0,which verifies the reliability and stability of its structure.
