现代学徒制“三统三共三服务”教学管理模式探究——基于“工学结合,以学辅工”的理念 被引量:1

摘要 现代学徒制是职业教育产教融合、校企合作基本路径下育人模式的创新,也是“工学结合,以学辅工”理念的生动体现。现代学徒制教学基于学校与企业双主体育人,其教学管理具有自身特点,需要改革现有教学管理模式。“三统”即统一教学管理机构、统一教学管理制度、统一教学结果的使用,“三共”即共同制定人才培养方案、共同建设学校—企业本位课程、共同组织实施教学及评价,“三服务”即学业成绩服务企业用工、企业课程服务岗位技能、教学管理服务技术进步。三者结合的现代学徒制教学管理模式,进一步顺畅了学徒培养流程,有利于提高学徒培养质量,值得深入探索。 Modern apprenticeship is an innovation of education mode under the basic path of vocational education production-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,and it is also a vivid embodiment of the concept of"combination of work and learning,with learning as auxiliary work".The modern apprenticeship teaching is based on the personnel training by both the schools and the enterprises.Its teaching management has its own characteristics,and the existing teaching management model needs to be reformed."Three unifications"means unified teaching management organization,unified teaching management system,and unified use of teaching results."Three common efforts"means jointly making talent training plans,jointly building school-enterprise standard curriculum and jointly organizing and implementing teaching and evaluation."Three services"means serving enterprise employment with academic achievements,serving professional skills with enterprise curriculum,and serving technical progress with teaching management.Combined with the modern apprenticeship teaching management mode,this new teaching management mode further smoothes the apprenticeship training,which is conducive to improving the quality of apprenticeship training and is worthy of in-depth exploration.
