Review of English Version of Mezzoeconomics by Yunxian Chen

文章在简介陈云贤版《中观经济学》的主题内容、作者团队及雍和明教授英译团队的基础上,以译作其中的经济学术语英译为例,讨论当代经济学学术“走出去”的创译方法,认为中国经济治理方案特色经验的规范创译表达,有利于全球化传播中国经济学术智慧、增强中国文化自信,有助于译介我国政府治理的成功经验,实现中国文化“走出去”。

Based on a brief introduction to the authors of Mr.Chen Yunxian's Mezzoeconomics,its basic theme content and its English-Chinese translation team led by professor Heming Yong,this paper discusses the initiative English translating methods in the“going global”of Chinese academic terms in economics at present times,with examples from the English version.The authors hold that the proper initiative English translation of China’s governance plan with Chinese characteristics and experiences will help achieve the global dissemination of Chinese academic wisdom in economics and the enhancement of the self-confidence of Chinese culture.Such translation will also contribute to the idiomatic expressions of China's successful governance and the“outgoing”of Chinese Culture.
