Teaching Strategies for College English Listening and Speaking——Based on Materialist Dialectics

唯物辩证法是马克思主义哲学的重要组成部分,它从整体上揭示了世界上一切事物的普遍联系和发展,能够帮助人们辩证地认识和理性地改造世界。唯物辩证法的特征和三大规律对深入分析大学英语听说教学的现状以及普遍存在的一些问题有很大的指导作用。唯物辩证法与大学英语听说教学策略的辩证统一之下的大学英语听说教学策略包括:注重“输出驱动—输入促成假设”,创造高质量输入;坚持教师为主导学生为主体的听说教学理念,满足学生学习需求;结合教材,创造性整合听说教学内容;重视有效性“量”的积累,提高学生练习听说的积极性;遵循“适度原则”,降低学生的交际焦虑;对我国大学英语教学的肯定阶段的分析——遵循教学规律,吸收借鉴前人经验,等等。

Materialist dialectics is an important part of Marxist philosophy,which reveals the universal connection and development of all things in the world as a whole,and can help people dialectically understand and rationally transform the world.The characteristics and three laws of materialist dialectics have a great guiding role in analyzing the current situation of College English listening and speaking teaching.The College English listening and speaking teaching strategies under dialectical unity of materialist dialectics are as follows:Focus on‘Output-Driven,Input-Enabled Hypothesis’to create high quality Input;adhere to the teaching concept of‘Teacher-led and Student-centered’to meet the students’learning needs;creatively integrate listening and speaking teaching content based on teaching materials;highlight the accumulation of effective practice to ensure students'enthusiasm for listening and speaking skills training;follow the principle of moderation in practice which helps to reduce students'anxiety in English communication;An analysis of the positive stage of College English Teaching in China—follow the rules of teaching as well as absorb the experience of the predecessors and so on.
