摘要
准确理解“淡化乡村教师论文要求”,将“论文发表”与“论文写作”区分开,既凸显对乡村教师的人文关怀,又体现对乡村教师的专业尊重;将“理论作品”与“实践成果”区分开,鼓励乡村教师在日常教育教学过程中积累实践成果,并主动寻求教育理论的支撑,开展理性思考和提炼;将论文的“功利目的”与“本体价值”区分开,引导乡村教师认识论文写作对促进自身专业发展的本体价值,培塑乡村教师积极的职业认同感和专业胜任力,持续提升自身专业素养,进而改良乡村教育的质态。
Accurately understanding the requirements of weakening rural teachers’papers and distinguishing between paper publishing and writing can both highlight the humanistic concern for rural teachers and show the professional respect for them.Differentiating theoretical works from practical achievements can encourage rural teachers to accumulate practical fruits in the process of daily teaching and education,in which teachers will actively seek the support of educational theories for their rational thinking and refi nement.Meanwhile,discriminating the utilitarian goals from the ontological values of the theses can guide rural teachers to understand the ontological values of paper writing promoting their own professional development,which can mould their positive identity of vocation and professional competence,continuously enhance their professional accomplishments,and further improve the quality of rural education.
