摘要 促进乡村教师的专业发展对于振兴乡村教育具有关键性意义。江苏省通过组建乡村骨干教师培育站,顺应教师培训的生态取向,优化乡村教师的专业支持体系,实现了乡村教师精神自觉和专业成长的双重发展。作为一种新的实践形态,乡村骨干教师培育站在突破乡村教师专业发展内卷化困境中,展现了其范式创新的价值意蕴。 Promoting the professional development of rural teachers is of leading significance for revitalizing rural education.Jiangsu Province has established rural backbone teachers’training stations,adapted to the ecological orientation of teachers’training,and optimized their professional supporting systems to realize the dual development of rural teachers in spiritual awareness and professional growth.Such stations,as new practical forms,have displayed the value implication of their paradigm originality in overcoming the diffi culties of rural teachers’professional developmental involution.
