Promoting the professional development of rural teachers is of leading significance for revitalizing rural education.Jiangsu Province has established rural backbone teachers’training stations,adapted to the ecological orientation of teachers’training,and optimized their professional supporting systems to realize the dual development of rural teachers in spiritual awareness and professional growth.Such stations,as new practical forms,have displayed the value implication of their paradigm originality in overcoming the diffi culties of rural teachers’professional developmental involution.
