摘要
处于青春期的初中生往往疏远父母、老师,却热衷于同龄伙伴间的交往,对伙伴寄托了更多的情感期待和分享诉求。因而,这一时期的伙伴关系对初中生的成长具有不可或缺的作用。但是,初中生人际交往不尽人意、伙伴缺失是一个不争的事实。构建“伙伴+”育人范式,其目的就是通过优化班级建设、完善课程建设、立足课堂教学、丰富校园活动等举措,促进初中生人际交往,充分发挥伙伴关系在学习、生活中的影响力。
Junior middle school students in adolescence tend to be estranged from their parents and teachers but like to interact with their peers.Meanwhile,they are likely to put more emotional expectations and sharing on their peers.Therefore,in this period,peer relationships are indispensable for their growth.However,junior middle school students’interpersonal communication is unsatisfactory for the indisputable fact of lack of peers.The goal of constructing the educational paradigm of“peer+”is to promote students’interpersonal communication,and fully realize the influential power of partnership in learning and living by means of optimizing class construction,improving curriculum designing,focusing on classroom teaching,and enriching campus activities.
