基于课程开发的教师研训制度建构——以“精彩童年”微型课程校本开发研究为例

摘要 校本微型课程的开发与实施是新时代赋予学校的权利与义务,是丰富学生经历、促进学生综合素养发展的有效途径。针对教师课程意识薄弱、课程能力不足等现状,太仓市高新区第四小学尝试建构项目申报、课程审议、主题研训、成果评价等制度,以提高教师课程开发与教育科研能力,优化课程实施成效,最终实现校本微型课程开发的积极意义。 Development and implementation of school-based micro-curriculum is the right and obligation that the new era entrusts to schools,and it is also an eff ective way to enrich students’experiences and promote their comprehensive accomplishment development.In view of teachers’weak awareness of curriculum and shortage of curriculum competence,our school has tried constructing the systems of project application,curriculum reviewing,theme research and training,and achievement evaluation to improve teachers’competence of curriculum development and educational research,to optimize the effi ciency of curriculum implementation,and eventually to realize the positive signifi cance of school-based micro curriculum development.
