县域学前教育督导现状与思考——以江苏省高邮市为例 被引量:4

摘要 当前城乡幼儿园在办园质态、常规管理、师资培训等方面存在的问题,影响着各地幼儿园内涵的进一步发展。学前教育督导工作是规范幼儿园办园行为、指导幼儿园加强自主建设的重要推力。不断完善督导机制,寻求学前教育督导的双向轨道,同时建立学前教育督导的开放平台,扩大学前教育督导的辐射范围等实施策略,是对突破各地学前教育发展瓶颈,达成规范办园共识,促进幼儿园自主实现内涵发展的重要举措。 Currently,there exist some problems in the quality of kindergarten-running,general management,and teacher training in urban and rural kindergartens,which has a negative influence on the further development of kindergarten connotations.Preschool educational supervision is important for standardizing kindergarten behaviors and guiding them to enhance their independent construction.To break through the bottleneck of preschool education development in diff erent kindergartens,we should constantly improve the supervision mechanism,seek the two-way supervision methods,set up the open platforms,and expand the radiation ranges.Meanwhile,we should also reach a normative consensus on running kindergartens to promote kindergarten’s realizing their connotation development in an autonomous way.
