摘要
针对当前的研究没有考虑震后道路通行能力的动态变化的情况,提出采用模糊聚类算法预测道路通行能力。首先使用模糊聚类算法将已知震害结果的建筑物进行分类;再将城镇中的待测建筑物进行贴近度计算,从而预测其震后的损害程度;最后根据每条道路上的建筑物的损害程度计算其通行能力。当地震发生后,根据城镇的道路的损害程度进行通行能力的预测,可对震后救援工作的开展提供重要的决策依据,具有重要的现实意义。
Aiming at the recently study does not take into account the dynamic changes,a traffic capacity prediction based on fuzzy clustering was pro posed.Firstly,buildings with known seismic damage were classified by using fuzzy clustering.Secondly,the damage of the building was predicted by calculating its nearness degree.Lastly,the traffic capacity of road was predicted by calculating all of the buildings in which on the road.It can provide important decision-making basis for the post-earthquake rescue by the traffic capacity prediction,which has impor tant practical significance.
