二元气态烷烃混合物爆炸特性研究

摘要 采用HY12474B型可燃气体爆炸极限实验装置,将CH4、C2H6和C3H8按不同组分比两两混合,研究三类二元气态烷烃混合物的爆炸特性。结果表明:在二元气态烷烃混合物的爆炸极限处,火焰传播速度较缓慢,火焰不太明显;二元气态烷烃混合物组分比对爆炸极限影响较大,三种单烷烃对爆炸极限的影响能力依次为CH4>C3H8>C2H6;当气态烷烃混合物组分比下降时,其爆炸极限范围能缩小3倍以上,而最大爆炸压力峰值逐渐增大。 In this paper,HY12474B flammable gas explosion limit experimental device was used to study the explosion characteristics of the three kinds of binary gaseous alkane mixtures,which were the mixture of C2H4,C2H6 and C3H8 with different composition ratio respectively.The experimental results showed that the velocity of flame at both the ends of explosion limit of the binary gaseous alkane mixtures was relatively slow,and the flame was also not so apparent.And the composition ratio of binary gaseous alkane mixture had great impact on the explosion limit.Besides,the three kinds of mono alkane could be ranked by their influence as C2H4>C2H6>C3H8 in turn.When the composition ratio of gaseous alkane mixtures decreased,the explosion limit range could be reduced by more than three times,while the maximum explosion pressure peak increased gradually.
